    Each suppository caplet is 2500mg with approximately 500mg of vitamin C which may be too high for a start. It could be irritating to the bowl because all of it will be absorbed in fewer than 5 minutes, then base will induce quick bowl movement urge. We suggest; cut into half 1250mg, or into 3 parts being 833mg, use one piece per day, then step up over days to weeks. Dip the suppository in olive oil or vaseline before inserting. Using too high milligrams for new starter may irritate the rectum. Absorption is usually completed in 5 to 10 minutes of insertion before bowel movement feelings.
